Point
Breeze Yacht Club is located 1.6 nautical miles
south of the harbor entrance on the Oak Orchard River
(US Chart 14895). The channel entrance is normally
maintained to a depth of 8 to 9 feet, but depths may
change due to weather, seasonal water levels and silting.
If your draft is over 5 feet proceed carefully, especially
late in the season. It is normally best to enter into
the channel from the west entrance of the "T" pier.
After you enter the main channel you will travel past
a pair State Parkway bridges which according to the
chart have a clearance of 54 feet. Continue south on
the river going around Fiddler's Elbow to find PBYC
reciprocal docks at Fletcher's_Marina on
the east side of the river just before a fixed bridge
with 8 feet of clearance. This is a protected haven
from storms and winds in all directions. Visitors are
welcome to dock at any empty slip marked "VISITOR" or
as directed.
Please sign our log book upon arrival which is located
at the party dock. Please have your current yacht club
membership card available.
